Cancellation & Refund Policy
Sundar Parivar Trust is a non-profit organization dedicated to community welfare and social activities.
All payments made on our website are treated as donations, contributions, or membership/support fees.
This policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled.
1. Donations Are Non-Refundable
All donations made voluntarily towards our trust activities are non-refundable.
Once a donation is processed, we cannot cancel or refund it, except in cases of genuine error.
2. Duplicate or Accidental Payments
If you believe that:
- a payment was made by mistake,
- the same amount was deducted multiple times, or
- any technical error occurred during the transaction,
You may request a review.
In such cases, donors must contact us within 48 hours of the transaction, providing:
- Name
- Transaction ID
- Date of payment
- Proof of deduction (screenshot or bank statement)
If verified, we will process a refund for the duplicate or excess amount only.
3. Event/Registration Fees
For events, camps, or registrations:
- Fees are generally non-refundable, as arrangements are made in advance.
- In exceptional cases (such as event cancellation by the trust), refunds may be provided.
4. Processing Time for Approved Refunds
Once a refund request is approved:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- It may take 7–10 business days for the amount to reflect in your bank account, depending on your bank or payment gateway.
5. No Cash Refunds
All refunds, if approved, are processed digitally only.
No cash refunds will be provided under any circumstances.
